Coach for FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, Callisto Pasuwa, said his team was poor in the match no wonder they failed to get a result they needed against the Kau Kau boys.
“A very tough game where we didn’t do better in the middle of the park and slow in our build ups so that made us a bit to struggle in the match and I said we need to be a complete team so today we didn’t come for the party but we are still learning.” Said Pasuwa.
Meanwhile, Coach for Tigers, Leo Mpulula, siluted his boys for their massive performance that earned them an away point against the defending Champions.
“It was a good game, the guys have played very well you know we are coming from a loss last week but we sorted out some other problems and today we were good. We cleared some chances in the first half but we missed and Bullets also had chances but I like how the boys managed to contain them as they are good on the ball so I’m happy for the result.” Said Mpulula.
The game started with Bullets trying to find an early goal but a Ronald Chitiyo’s free kick went straight to the goalkeeper on the fourth minute before a series of some fouls then Tigers settled after 20 minutes with Precious Chipungu and Irvine Mwakapenda missing their chances.
Bullets went close to scoring as Lanjesi Nkhoma’s shot was saved and on the rebound, Chitiyo’s shot was cleared on the line on 37th minute before Nkhoma kissing the post two minutes later and then Chipungu and Precious Chiudza forced Chimbamba into saves as they remained goalless at half time.

Chikumbutso Salima got injured and was replaced by Crispin Mapemba then Nkhoma missed with an inch on 50th minute and Matthews Masamba replaced Hassan Kajoke who struggled in the game on 57th minute as Masambelo Kalua paved a way for Zikani Munthali for Tigers. Mapemba blasted his shot well over then Chitiyo was replaced by Sean McBrams who brought some life but a 93rd minute clearance on goal by Tigers with the goalkeeper beaten proved a point for the Kau Kau boys.
Following the draw, the defending Champions are on position 9 after collecting 2 points from 2 games they have played while Tigers are 11th with a points from two games in the league.
