This victory marks Dedza’s second win in three games under Ngwira, who took over from Andrew Bunya. The former Mighty Wanderers coach acknowledged that the team is still in a rebuilding phase but expressed optimism about their progress and desire to maintain momentum.
“We are still building up, like I have been saying, this is the first time working with this group of players and I’m still learning,” Ngwira explained. “We are trying to rotate the starting team every time, and I’m yet to find a definitive team.”
Under Ngwira’s guidance, Dedza Dynamos have now scored seven goals and conceded three in their last three outings.
