Mighty Mukuru Wanderers new signing, Sama Thierry Tanjong, said he has come on a mission in Malawi to conquer everything and win cups but more especially the League in Malawi.
The Baroka forward said this on Thursday after penning a two-year deal with the Nomads and said his teammates and members of the board welcomed him very well and he felt at home at the Nomads.

He said he has set his eyes on winning everything as he has come to Malawi to conquer as a Predator.

“As a soccer player, when I say I’m on a mission it’s like I want to conquer so I want to conquer everything and win the Cups in Malawi but more especially I want to win the league in Malawi.
“I want to win all the titles that Mighty Mukuru Wanderers are participating in. I can’t forget the way the players and the team welcomed me and I am very happy to be here,” he said.
Meanwhile, Mighty Wanderers 2021 Limited’s Chief Executive Officer, Panganeni Ndovi says Sama Thierry Tanjong at Lali Lubani Road will strengthen the squad and fight for honours this year.
“We have been looking for opportunities to strengthen the squad and when the opportunity came through to have Sama join us, having completed his trials, it brings excitement to the family and we look forward to a better season.”
Sama Thierry Tanjong launched his football career at First Sports Academy in Douala Cameroon when he was seven years old. He has played for Cameroon Under 17 and 20. Apart from local sides in Cameroon, Tanjong has also played in Congo and South Africa scoring a combined total of 112 goals.
The Former Cameron U-20 International arrived in the country three weeks ago and has trained with the team for the past two weeks, giving him the chance to make his debut in the Blantyre Derby against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on Saturday.
