Four players, Frank Willard, Alick Lungu, Clever Mkungula, and Stanley Billiayi were reported to have returned to the training but Pasuwa as revealed earlier last month, no decision will be made to rush them into the game until June.

Willard, Mkungula, and Lungu underwent successful surgeries in Zimbabwe and they are slowly recovering while Mike Mkwate is not ready to play games.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have options available in midfield though Willard is not available. Their season in 2023 would have been affected by Willard, and Ernest Petro’s injuries. However, the silver lining to those injuries was the playing time of Yankho Singo who was shifted from a deep-lying role to a defensive midfielder.

Yankho Singo was a mobile player, skilled in tackling and passing who was sitting at the base of the midfield.

The Derby comes as the two teams are battling for the points, sitting second and third with only goal difference sseparating them.
