Nigerian striker Samuel Adeyemi has left Super League defending champions Silver Strikers to join Chitipa United on loan for the remainder of the 2025 season, the club announced Friday.
The 29-year-old requested the temporary move in search of regular playing time, with Silver Strikers’ increased competition for striking positions limiting his opportunities at the Central Bankers.

Adeyemi has struggled for game time since joining Silver Strikers from Mzuzu City Hammers in January, making just one appearance in which he scored on his debut.
The move to the Northern Region side makes Adeyemi the second player to leave Silver Strikers this transfer window, following Patrick Macheso’s loan departure to Creck Sporting Club.
Silver Strikers have bolstered their attacking options by signing Chitipa United striker Andrew Joseph earlier Friday, adding to their considerable forward depth that includes Stain Davie, Binwell Katinji, Charles Chipala, Gift Chunga, and Chinsisi Maonga.
The defending champions currently sit third in the Super League table with 36 points from 17 matches, four points behind leaders FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, as they prepare for their upcoming CAF Champions League campaign.
