13 of 31 Players who were called in for camping at Chiwembe by Flames Coach, Patrick Mabedi have reported to training this week with the remaining figures being held by their Clubs.
Flames Preparations for the forthcoming World Cup Qualifiers have been facing hiccups as players have been held by their teams to join the camp.
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Mighty Mukuru Wanderers’ players will not train with the Flames this week as their Clubs have resisted releasing them and they communicated to the Football Association of Malawi about the development saying they have crucial games this weekend.

Football Association of Malawi Technical Manager, James Sangala confirmed with Times Sport that the players have not joined the camp saying; “we have agreed that the players [from Bullets and Wanderers] will join the camp after their respective games this week. “
Off the back of two back-to-back defeats, Mighty Mukuru Wanderers are looking to bounce back from the difficult time as they face Dedza Dynamos at Kamuzu Stadium on Saturday. The Nomads were beaten by Silver Strikers and Mzuzu City Hammers with the same margin, 2-0.
The Nomads will start a new life after the resignation of the Burundian Coach, Nsazurwimo Ramadan who tendered his resignation letter after a 2-0 defeat to Hammers, and Meke Mwase has been appointed as an interim coach.
