While acknowledging some challenges in the playoffs, including the use of ineligible players, Shosho said they have managed to sort out all the complaints received to determine the best teams from the playoffs.
“It has been a long journey coming, but we’re glad that finally we have the teams that will join the other eight teams in the league,” Shosho said.
He applauded all the teams for their determination throughout the playoffs, indicating that it has given them a clear picture of what to expect as the league progresses.
“The challenges encountered during the playoffs will help us to have a better league of 16 teams ahead,” he said.
The other eight teams are Thete FC, Dedza Eagles, Mpalale, Kanyama, Mkutu Hungry Lions, Chimbiya FC, Kamtande FC, and Dedza Dynamos Reserves.
