Not fully parked, Civo Stadium gave their players the energy. The host were the wounded soldiers as they suffered a 1-0 defeat last week against Mzuzu City Hammers in Mzuzu while Dedza had a fair breath for having a point after drawing with Bullets the same week at Dedza Stadium in Dedza.
Centre half, Kelvin Kadzinje scored an early goal just two minutes into the game after pouncing on a rebound to put the Servants in front.
Chikaiko Batison and China Chirwa combined to put Dedza on the sword but they avated the danger. However, the hosts had the second goal as Muhhamad Biason beat the keeper with a clean finish before Emmanuel Saviel completed a rout.

Andrew Bunya head coach for Dedza Dynamos said it was a very bad result because they aimed to win the game. He added that Civil was on top of them on all occasions although they tried to put the pressure but the game was not their day
“It is a very bad result for us, we came here looking for the points but Civil Service was on top of the game. We tried to pressurize them but we gave them a simple goal which killed the whole temple of the game,” he said.
On his part, Abbas Makawa head coach for the Servants was very happy to have his first 3 points this season and he explained that his boys did what he told them to do and they needed the points more than the visitors.
He said, “Yeah as you know we lost our first game but we needed 3 points at all costs. The boys have done it and we are happy. This is the league we need to collect more points as last season we struggled because we lost the first games”
Civil Service United have moved the second, three points behind the leaders, Mzuzu City Hammers who beat Baka City 2-1 on Saturday afternoon. Dedza are 13th on the table.
