FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are working on a deal to re-sign left-back Aaron Chilipa from Creck Sporting Club, as previously reported by The Match Assessor.
The People’s Team are looking to strengthen their squad, particularly in defense, as they aim to reclaim the TNM Super League championship after losing it to Silver Strikers last season.

Sources close to the negotiations have confirmed that Bullets are willing to secure the defender on a six-month loan deal. The move comes after Bullets lost Alick Lungu to Ekhaya FC, while Crispin Mapemba is not expected to feature again this season following an injury sustained earlier this year.
Bullets currently rely on Henry Chiwaya as their primary left-back or left wing-back, and they are keen to add another defender to provide competition for the position.

Head coach Peter Mponda has consistently expressed concerns about his team’s defensive stability. However, Blessings Mpokera, Andrew Jovinala, and Blessings Joseph have been reliable performers, helping the team concede just nine goals in 17 league matches this season.
On Wednesday, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Chief Executive Officer Albert Chigoga confirmed that the club was working to sign one more player before today’s transfer window deadline.
Bullets have already been active in the transfer market, signing Dedza Dynamos defender Khumbo Banda for a MK4 million transfer fee and re-signing Bright Bweke Munthali on a free transfer.
Chilipa, who graduated from the Bullets Reserve team, joined Bangwe All Stars before moving to Creck Sporting last year.
