FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club has taken swift action to suspend Mr. Stone Mwamadi, Chairperson of the Supporters’ National Executive Committee, following allegations of his involvement in an incident currently under police investigation.
Mwamadi and others were arrested this morning following reports that he was involved in the invasion of Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) Kwacha studios in Blantyre.
They are alleged to have stormed the studios yesterday and forced the MBC director general George Kasakula to go live on television to issue a public apology, accusing him of disrespecting and insulting President Peter Mutharika during the campaign period.
