FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Assistant Coach, Micheal Ngore said his players have to put behind the history that they struggle to get results at Dedza Stadium.
The quadruple winners are kicking off their title defense this afternoon with an away match against Dedza Dynamos at Dedza Stadium.

Bullets are looking to break the curse as the Zimbabwean mentor, Ngore sending an “every day is a new day” message to the players.
“Us as Bullets, we are always prepared for these matches,” he said. “Yes, we have been winless in Dedza but it doesn’t define anything coming into the new season.
“Every day is a new day and the sun rises again, every dog has its day, so you never know, we are concentrating on our preparations and we are ready for the season.”
Bullets nearly bottled the league last season with a defeat to Dedza Dynamos but they regained their advantage with a win over Karonga United while their title challengers, Mighty Mukuru Wanderers and Silver Strikers dropped points.
Speaking on their previous game, Ngore said there were positives during their defeat to Dedza but it has to be a thing of the past.
“There won’t be much difference when these teams face us because everyone is out to stop us. We know we have to up our game. We will try again today. A league is a marathon, every game that these boys have been playing, they have been giving us positives despite the negative results.”
Bullets signed seven new players during the summer transfer window and two additions from Bangwe All Stars who were on loan. Ngore said the players have impressed the technical panel but “we have to see them again in Dedza because it’s a different pitch altogether.”
Bunya sends”cautious” message to his charges ahead of the opening game

Dedza Dynamos Football Club Head Coach, Andrew Bunya said claiming a positive result against the quadruple winners, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on Saturday will mean that the team can compete against big teams in the league.
Andrew Bunya who replaced Gilbert Chirwa who joined Friends of Mulanje Orphans haven’t performed well during the Pre-season preparations, including a dismal performance in the Sapitwa Bonanza played in Mulanje.
Dedza Dynamos confirmed their stay in the league last season with a famous win over Bullets with Clement Nyondo scoring an early goal. Dedza Stadium is a place where the People’s team struggle to chalk points as they have failed to win their last four visits to the venue, losing to Masters Security and Mafco FC in other fixtures.
However, Bunya cautions his charges against having it in mind that Bullets struggle at Dedza and they need to approach the game with a cautious mind.
“It’s a game that we need to approach with cautiousness,” said Bunya. “Although we didn’t have good preparations but I have seen positive things, we could create chances and we just have to convert those chances into goals.
“Winning the game against Bullets will give us the shape and it will show that we can compete and we need to be at our topmost form.”
Dedza Stadium and Dedza football faithfuls have been remarkable since Dedza Dynamos started using the venue as their home ground. The figures that are announced after games are always plausible and the fans are potent.
