Newly promoted team, Baka city still have an opportunity to show off their strength as they face Mzuzu city hammers tomorrow at Mzuzu stadium.
The Clever Boys stumbled on their first game of the season after a defeat to their neighbors, Karonga united FC last weekend.

They were the only newly promoted team to lose their opening game with both Friends of Mulanje Orphans, FOMO Football Club and CRECK Sporting Club beating Bangwe All Stars and Mighty Waka Waka Tigers respectively.
Baka city currently sitting on position 12 on the log table, are facing Mzuzu city hammers who are on their shoulders high as they defeated civil service united 1-0 and are currently on position five with three points.
Hammers have won just three of their last eight games but they are on a three game winning streak, an extended record from 2023 TNM Super League season.
They beat Civil Service United twice and Dedza Dynamos. They lost Silver Strikers, Red Lions, Mafco and drawing against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Mighty Waka Waka Tigers.
The Iron Boys are likely to be motivated in their nezt game, donning their newly launched kit sponsored by betting firm, Betika.
The two teams faced off in the Supa Five Bonanza in Karonga but the game ended in a 2-all stalemate.
Baka city managed to qualify for the TNM super league and this is their first time playing in the league.
