With just a few games remaining in the season, the winner of the TNM Super League is yet to be determined, and no clear favorite has emerged. FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Mighty Wanderers are tied at the top on points, while Silver Strikers sit six points behind but are not completely out of contention.
With their superior goal difference, Bullets are leading the race with a goal difference of 36 after scoring 54 goals and conceding 18. Mighty Wanderers have a goal difference of 28 after scoring 40 goals and conceding 12.

In the current tight competition, any team that slips up in the run-in will likely lose the race, which appears destined to be decided on the last day of the season, projected to be December 20.
After beating Karonga United 2-0 last Saturday, Bullets Assistant Coach Gilbert Chirwa said the team will manage the pressure to win the league at the end of the season.

They went into the game on the back of an embarrassing 2-0 defeat to Creck Sporting in Mchinji and needed three points to keep their dreams of winning the championship alive.
“A team like Bullets is a big team, and when you lose a game, it doesn’t mean that it loses its status as a big team. We talked to the boys, we made a postmortem analysis about the way we played against Creck and how we prepared for the game in Karonga. The boys responded very well,” Chirwa said.
“This is the way to go. Bullets are a big team, and when many people talk about pressure, we handle pressure. We thank the boys.
“How are we going to handle the pressure? The way we have played today [Saturday] is how we are going to handle the pressure—playing so well. The boys were composed despite Karonga trying their best.”
Bullets will finish their away assignments with a game against Moyale Barracks on Wednesday at Mzuzu Stadium before returning to Blantyre to face Ekhaya, Mighty Tigers and Mzuzu City Hammers.
Mighty Wanderers will face Karonga United on Thursday at Kamuzu Stadium before facing Kamuzu Barracks, Moyale Barracks and Civil Service United.
Silver Strikers are playing against Ekhaya on Wednesday before playing against Mafco, Karonga United, Mzuzu City Hammers and Blue Eagles.
