One spectator sustained a close fracture to his right leg on Wednesday afternoon during the TNM Super League match between Ekhaya Football Club and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets at Kamuzu Stadium.
The incident occurred when the individual attempted to gain unauthorized entry into the stadium. According to reports, the fan was trying to bypass the ticketing area by climbing over a brick fence and accidentally fell from the top, resulting in the injury.


First aid personnel at the stadium promptly rushed to the scene to assist the injured fan, who was then transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Details regarding the individual’s condition beyond the fracture are yet to be provided.
